Lap Pool, Wade Pool,  Spa – Rules of Use

The pool, spa and BBQ area is only open during 6am – 10pm each day, outside of these hours the pool gates are locked. Outside these hours entering these areas or using these facilities are prohibited.

Pools/Spa facilities are for use of Residents only.

Children below the age of 13 years are not allowed access to the pool areas unless accompanied by an adult resident exercising effective control over them.

Glass of any type is prohibited in the pool area. This includes porcelain and similar sort of materials.

Under no circumstances can anything outside of pool area to be brought inside. Eg: Inflatable devices, Music Devices, Toys and Potable furniture

Keep noise levels to absolute minimum not to disturb others. No loud music to be played in the pool area.

No food or drinks to be consumed in the spa.

No Large groups, gatherings or parties allowed in within Cathedral Place Pool, Spa, and/or BBQ Facilities.

Keep off al fences gates, walls and gardens.

In the pool and spa areas running, splashing, or behaviour in any manner that is likely to interfere with the use and enjoyment of the pool and spa by any other person is prohibited.

Adjustment of interference with the operation of the swimming and spa pool equipment is prohibited.

All rubbish must be place in the bins. Littering is an offence. (This includes cigarate ashes and remains)

Entry to and use of the swimming, spa pool and enclosed areas by any person is taken to be acceptance of these By-Laws and is at that persons own risk.

 

BBQ – Rules of Use

BBQ Facilities are for use of Residents only.

Glass of any type is prohibited in the BBQ area. This includes any containers such as condiment bottles or porcelain plates. 

All rubbish must be place in the bins. Littering is an offence. (This includes cigarate ashes and remains)

Do not over-fill the bins, if you require assistance, call caretaker’s staff.

Keep noise levels to absolute minimum not to disturb others. No loud music to be played in the BBQ area.

Strict Time Restrictions Apply for using BBQs and Seating Areas. (30 Min Time Slot)

BBQs are used ONLY for cooking

BBQs and Seating Areas must be Cleaned and Make Available for the next Resident(s), immediately after use.

No Large groups, gatherings or parties allowed in within Cathedral Place Pool, Spa, and/or BBQ Facilities.

 

Gym – Rules of Use

The Gymnasium a is only open during 6am – 10pm each day, outside of these hours the gym entry is locked. Outside these hours entering these areas or using these facilities are prohibited.

Gym facilities are for the use of the residents only.

All residents use the gym at their own risk.

Must wear enclosed footwear at all times.

Must use a towel on all equipment.

Must keep the door gym entry door closed at all times

Keep noise levels to a minimum.

Wipe down the equipment after use.

No Children under the age of 13 are allowed in the Gym.

In the gymnasium, any behaviour in any manner that is likely to interfere with any other person is prohibited.

Adjustment or interference with the operation of equipment is prohibited, unless it is required for the use and operational guild lines are followed thoroughly. 

 

Sauna – Rules of Use

Sauna Facilities are for the use of the residents only.

The Sauna a is only open during 6am – 10pm each day, outside of these hours the sauna door is locked. Outside these hours entering these areas or using these facilities are prohibited.

Children below the age of 13 years are not allowed access to the sauna.

Glass of any type is prohibited in the sauna and gymnasium area.

In the sauna, any behaviour in any manner that is likely to interfere with any other person is prohibited.

Adjustment or interference with the operation of equipment except as is required to use the equipment in the sauna is prohibited.

All rubbish must be place in the bins. Littering is an offence.

Strictly follow Sauna Operating Instructions. If you are not clear on instructions, please call staff for help.

Entry to and use of the sauna or gymnasium by any person is taken to be acceptance to these By – Laws and is at that their own risk. 

 

Refuse Store – Rules of Use

All rubbish must be in enclosed bags and must not be larger than the notice on the bin chute. 

Refuse Store ( ie: Garbage Disposal/Bin Chute) is strictly for everyday household waste only.

Dumping industrial waste or renovation waste through garbage disposal is strictly prohibited.  

Dumping items including chemical waste, liquid, glass, electronics/electrics, boxes/cardboard, coat hangers and loose rubbish, but not limited to, through garbage disposal is strictly prohibited.

All the large items must be taken down to bin room located in level B1 for D E F G H blocks and level B2 for A B C Blocks. This avoid blocking the bin chutes. 

All recyclable items including glass bottles, cardboards, containers and newspapers but not limited to, must be taken to yellow lidded bins located on bin rooms.

Any furniture, electronic/electric goods or any other large items must be taken and stacked neatly in H or A block bin rooms.
